Granted, we were new customers, but they didn't do very much to get to know us. They didn't ask us any questions or try to find tax deductions for us. We dropped off our paperwork and they called us in about a week to tell us our taxes were ready. We paid $400 to do our taxes and they were done no differently than we would have had we done them ourselves. And some of the information wasn't even correct - like my husband's occupation or my daughter's name. We had to correct the return before we could file it. We went back to doing our own returns after that.
