Negative Two Stars,

Unfortunate I was a victim of a Crook, Norm??s First Class Auto. I would consider changing the name to Norm??s Third Class Auto Care: Where the price is reasonable but NOT the Care! Why the Third Class rating? First, you take your vehicle to him and he does the job. Second, you take it to him again because the job was done incorrectly and anticipate his call that the job was done and correct. Third, after he doesn??t calling you end up having to call him after 9 hours (No Exaggeration) and he tells you that the work can not be performed because he doesn??t have the proper tool to adjust the camber and that I should take it to Someone Else. Well, that is what I am suggesting anyone looking to go to Norm??s First Class Auto to do. I would have not written this if I thought that for a second he knew what he was doing wasn??t intentional, but any novice in mechanics should know that if you do suspension should ultimately get an alignment and check the camber and toe. Being FIRST CLASS you think he would know that, Right? Well, he took the job and took my money all without the part to do it correctly. Now I am out of $430 in labor (Brembo Front breaks pads and rotors, Eibach shocks, struts, and pro kit springs a 1.25 drop) and $573 for the four Pirelli p6 tires (that wore out on the in side).
TAKE NORMS ADVICE: TAKE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE
LESSON LEARNED: DON??T BUY A BOOK BASED ON ITS COVER
