Ten Thousand Villages

A wonderful fair _trade store, with handcrafted gifts at fair prices, from artists from all over the world. Fair trade means the artists down get ripped off, and fair prices means you don't either ! A great place to pick up something unique for yourself, or a gift for a friend that you can be sure no one else will get. They have work from Thailand, India, and Africa at prices ranging from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars. The store is well laid out and the staff is quitely helpful. It's also a wonderful place to browse, but you'd likely end up buy ing something !
