I highly recommend you rent the track out for an hour for a birthday party! I did for my daughter's 11th birthday and it was a blast! Great staff too! They have 4 small round/square tables and bleachers. So plenty of room for a party. It is a really long track with lots of turns. I recommend the kids take a break half way through for like 5 minutes. We did a water break. Then they could regroup, pick different cars, and have a different experience. The staff was great about stopping all the cars for a break. They are very good with safety as well. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back. Pizza hut is right across the street and they deliver! Easy breezy!

I love it. It's a great time. I took my 8th grade students for an end of year celebration and they had LOTS OF FUN!! It is a very popular place in the DMV.

We love this place. It's fun for big kids (over the age of 8), and even though they just go around in circles, the track is pretty large and curvy, and there is just something fun about driving when you are 9! I recommend this place. It's well run and loads of fun.

My nephew and I spent an hour or so here and it sure was worth the money! We went in the evening when it wasn't so hot and we just had a blast! They're very good about safety here!

It would be nice if this business used a basic website to alert parents to the rules in advance. No one under 4'6" or under 8 can drive a kart. Sign says it's state law but it doesn't matter, the results are the same. If one parent tries to take more than one child 4'6" (I tried to take four 8 year olds and not one of them was even close to tall enough) you have to have the kids take turns riding with you one at a time while the others cool their heels without adult supervision in a waiting area near the parking lot with strangers around, out of your view. Doesn't work. Also, passengers must be at least two so if you have a baby and kids under 4'6" and under age 8 no one rides unless you have at least two people 18 or older in your party unless you are willing to leave a baby alone. Websites are easy to make and very, very cheap. I searched all over for theirs before taking the kids and thought I learned enough to take them from sites such as this and phrases such as "fun for the whole family." I didn't. Only fun if you can ride. I had four very disappointed kids, two of whom (twins) were celebrating birthdays. Had I known the rules earlier I simply would have scheduled this for a time Dad was not at work. So I post this to alert others to the rules I wish I had known myself.

This place is great to go to with kids or adults. In 2005, they purchased all new carts, so that makes it even better. Basically they have one track and the carts go about 30 miles an hour. They stagger the participants so as to avoid traffic jams, since you can only fit two cars side by side. It is not much of a race, since every car has the same maximum speed. You buy tickets by the lap for a couple bucks each. They will also host events such as birthday parties. If you crash your car into a friend's on purpose, you will get kicked out, so don't go looking for demolition derby.
