Training at Yamasaki academy was one of the best times in my life. They have both rigorous endurance and technical training. In addition, to just Jiu Jitsu, they also have Thai boxing (a stand up fighting style rather than grappling). After only learning for a few months and practicing jiu jitsu elsewhere, I found my abilities as a beginner (from yamasaki) excelled over some intermediate ranks (from other schools). The instructors instill a sense of community and so it is a great place to make friends. It is a bit on the expensive side though.
