Western Tire & Auto

On Saturday, July 24th my vehicle broke down (overheated) on Route 50 near Stevensville,MD. After getting it cooled enough to drive, I drove to the store (Exit 39A) . At the store I found the most helpful and considerate employees I have experienced in a long time. Not only did they have the right part, but, they also loaned me some tools so I could replace the defective part. They also looked up the location of the part in their computer, saving me a great deal of hunting for it. It is a great credit to your organization that you have employees with such strong character. Thank you very nuch.

I recently had work performed on my vehicle by the Western Auto Service Department on Kent Island. The customer service at this location is the best customer service I have experienced at any retail store. My car was fixed in a timely manner with a recommendation of purchasing tires in the near future. I even received a follow up call a couple of weeks later checking to make sure I wasn't having further problems. I never get the feeling that I'm being ripped off and they never tell me of additional unnecessary work that needs to be done like I have at any other auto service department (IE. Pep Boys or Merchants). Thank you Western Auto (Brian) for giving me a good feeling of satisfaction.

i went to the western auto in stevensville. I got tires put on my car. I had a fun time. They are nice people. I enjoyed the welcomeing feeling when u go there. U have a question they will help you. I did have a problem tho. I had a love nut in side my rim instead of where it was 2 go. But i told them and they fixed it the next day. I got there and get oil. And other things that are due with a auto.
