These guys are crooks and rip-off artists. They promised "internet pricing". When we arrived at the dealership, with my wife not feeling well, the put together a sales contract on a Rabbit at full sticker price, with a couple of dealer packs, and we missed it. At first we thought they had simply made a mistake, but subsequent conversations made it clear that they had assessed the situation that evening and simply ripped us off. They offered to a make it up (about $1300) by giving us "a couple of tanks of gas".

Snide crooks..

Go almost anywhere else..

I purchased a used VW from Antwerpen prior to my move to Hawaii. They sold me a $900 anti-theft product that doesn't work here. Prior to purchase, I specifically asked if it worked in Hawaii, and they replied "absolutely". I even tried to cancel the product, prior to installation, but they said I couldn't- too late.
A month after I arrived in Hawaii, I found out that the product is completely useless to me. I spoke with the General Manager, Mr. Morris, who told me that he "understood" my frustration, but there was nothing he could do. After 10 minutes of telling Mr. Morris what I feel that they could do for me to remedy the problem and getting shot down, I realized my efforts were useless. I'm working on getting this situation resolved in other ways.

I can't believe management wouldn't even own up to their own employee's mistakes!!! What ever happened to "customer satisfaction"?

Went in looking to lease a Jetta Wolfsburg edition, they increased the MSRP on the car by over 2k.Then acted like they were doing us a big favor by lowering the price to MSRP at one point, they were trying to take me for a ride(I guess the GM likes to look at it through his window). They were trying to lease me a Jetta Wolsfurg for the the price of the more expensive Top of the line Jetta GLI. They told me there were only 2 Wolfsburgs in the area when in fact I knew there were at least 5 locally (I checked dealer stock). Check on the table ready to go they wasted 3 hours of my life I wont get back. One email to Ron Reid and thats all it took for the deal to be done. Walked in and about 1 later I am driving up 97 north in my new ride..Thats how you do business. Tell Ron and Kenny, Luis sent you.

The absolute worst service I have ever had anywhere. The Body Shop had no follow up,phone calls not returned and just generally rude and nasty people. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any service related business!!!

My husband and I both own Volkswagen Passats and have had to get them repaired several times. We used to visit another dealership but Antwerpen is much better and cheaper. Each customer is assigned a lead mechanic (not sure what they call them) who works with them every time the car is brought in. Our mechanic is really nice and has always helped us out. By far this is the best VW dealer in the area.
