Keith explained all of the things that were wrong with my BMW so clearly, and was very nice to work with. Thanks.
5I feel confident that the services provided are comprehensive. I'm always nervous about extra fees that I did not plan on before the visit.
5I love Dr. Mangini and his staff. They treat my dog as if he is part of their family. Their care is the greatest. I have and will always recommend them to anyone.
5I really appreciate your office seeing Sudie, even though we didn't have an appointment. That is what matter most to me is how understanding and accommodating a vet can be for their patients.
5We love Dr. Mangini!! Well done service; fast and informative. Don't know what we'd do with everyone here.
5We had a great experience with this vet! Shortly after adopting our new kitten, Boris, we took him here for his initial well-kitten visit. We were afraid we would have to wait a long time because we got there early, but they took us as soon as the vet was available and we didn't wait long at all. The vet, Dr. Mangini, was very kind and Boris didn't fuss at all with him. He addressed all of our concerns. The primary reason that I was so happy with him, though, was because he listened to my husband talk about our previous cat's death, which has been hard on him. Her kindness and willingness to hear him out was wonderful. I expect that we'll be coming here with Boris for as long as possible

We always recommend Parkville Animal Hospital to anybody. Dr. Mangini and staff are very kind, caring and highly skilled providers. Thanks for all you do for our beloved family members!
5Thank you for the help with the kitty ring worm, it was a much more workable solution (griseofulvin) than the proposed. "dip" method. We have great confidence in your advice. You also knew how we could obtain an approximate cost.
5I've been bringing my pets here for years. I feel total confidence that my buddy will get proper care and everyone is honest with me. It's like a family relationship. Thanks!
5Great place to bring you pet, this is one of the best vets. the Doctor and staff are always very helpful and informative. They treat tubby with a lot of love and he likes them. They have helped my dog through a lot, really appreciate that, thanks.

I've always been happy with the care that Zoey has received from Parkville Animal Hospital. The staff is helpful when I call with questions or concerns, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your practice to others. Thank you for always providing continuous great care.

The staff makes you feel like family. My visit here was my first, and all three of my animals will only come here. Dr. M is great and knows how to pick his staff - you should go up to ten stars!
5Dr. Mangini and his staff were very polite and caring to both me and to Sally. Dr. Mangini took the time to instruct me as to the proper feeding quantities for Sally (since she is just a little bit over weight). It is now one week later and Sally is still not completely happy with the arrangement, but I am being firm. That's a step up! Thank you, Dr. Mangini.

I have been coming to Parkville Animal Hospital for over 20 years, you must be doing something right! The staff is doing just great, and should get raises! Keep up the good work.
5Clean environment. Pleasant employees, and the doctor was able to clearly explain my pets health so I can understand. Works with you financially. Greatly appreciated.
5I love the friendly atmosphere and the no pressure services. I did not feel any pressure to get additional services that I originally was not planning, only informed of the benefit and cost associated with it. Thank you.
5I apologize for the delay in posting a review. As always, I am extremely pleased with the products, services, and care provided to my dogs. For this visit, I just came by to pick up some eye drops and fluids, etc. The staff are always warm, professional, and knowledgeable, treating you and your pet like "family", but at the same time, very professional. Thank you for all your care of my pets over the years! They live a long time when they're treated at Parkville Animal Hospital.

Parkville Animal Hospital is wonderful...absolutely the BEST! Dr. Mangini and his entire staff treat my little baby like she was their own, and that is saying something because my little baby sometimes acts like Godzilla!
5my 3 dogs have been coming here since they were puppies, two of them are 17 and one is 8 now, they are so caring and compassionate with the animals, I trust Doc M to care for my babies almost as much as i do.
5This place is very nice and clean, Dr. Mangini explains everything so you understand it. .
5Great vet! Friendly, informative, and convenient. Thanks for such great service and Information.
5We have always been treated well. Lizzie, Annie and Sweetpie. Everyone is more than nice and always pleasant!
5My cat was bleeding when I woke up in the morning. My regular vet office was shut down due to a power outage and I tried calling some local vets, none would see me because I didn't have an appointment. Everybody at parkville was extremely nice and willing to help me. As soon as I walked in they put me in a room and began examining Jas while I was filling out the paperwork. It is worth the extra drive to take my pets there from now on.

I have been very pleased with all services for all of my cats since I have been coming here. Wouldn't go any place else. Thanks for all of your caring services. You are the best!
5I appreciate the discussion of the cost of procedures and the in depth discussion of the results and how to handle everything.. etc. Thank you for making it so much easier for me to understand!
5The staff at Parkville Animal Hospital always share medical information in an understandable language. Also, they are very friendly not only in person, but on the phone as well. They are just simply the best in Baltimore!
5The doctor was kind and I appreciate that he washed his hands prior to seeing us. The tech was also wonderful. Thank you for the good work you do. :)
5Georgie loves coming to see Dr Mangini (although we try to minimize his visits). The staff are always friendly and shower George with love and attention. It would be very easy for me to find another vet close to home, but Dr Mangini is worth the drive to Parkville.

Staff are very nice and informative.
Good with max, it's usually an enjoyable experience.
Thank you so much for your expert care for our dogs (Chloe, Way & Gunner)! We are devastated that we've had to leave your practice because we've moved to Carroll Co. We've appreciated all you have done for us, from accepting way and her terrible cough on the morning after Snowmaggedon 2010, to allowing Gunner to walk out through the back so he didn't see other dogs. Thanks again!

Contacted Parkville in order to update my 2 dogs shots-heartworms, rabies and distemper. Was told over the phone that the cost would be $144 per pet. I went to sign out and was presented a bill for over $500. I ended up paying $324 and still need to take dogs to my regular vet for the heartworm. He actually charged me for looking at my dogs ear. I asked about this and they told me it was not part of the wellness checkup because she had a problem. REALLY?? Did I get a discount because Doctor couldn't palpate the other's stomach because he was so tense??? I was charged over $20 for a vet tech to show me how to put drops in her ears. Wasn't asked if I already knew how and wanted the demo-just popped in and did it. I have a mixed breed black lab/dane-doctor insisited that Simon was 100% pure lab. I will NEVER take my pets to this so called Vet again. I made an error in looking for a less expensive vet office to do basic shots and I won't do that again. For all those folks looking for a vet-DO NOT USE THIS VET. Pay a little extra and use Eastern Animal Hospital. All the doctors are fabulous and they actually take the time to examine your pets and speak to you about your concerns and theirs. (They don't charge you extra to look at an ear in a physical exam). And they recognize your breeds! They have always known that Simon was a mixed breed-all you have to do is look at his hips to see that! Oops my bad-that would be part of the physical exam-which this vet didn't do!

I have had my pets here for 6 years after TWO other area vets told me to just put my lab down. The Doctor told me of an option, a specialist who could do surgery, and my lab lived until age 16, with a specialist doing the surgery. Medical care is very expensive, and to expect the doctor to make a "guess" without a test is silly. Most of us expect an answer, but without all the tests, the doctor is" best guessing." Ask him which test will give him the most information, or which one he would do if he could only do one. OR, what does he think it is that is wrong and what can be tried. I have always had good care there, and help over the phone. If you can't afford the tests, TELL them. There may be some other way to get to a good result. I like Parkville Animal Hospital.
