Tom hooked it up....started my chest piece at another place. Did'nt like the direction it was going so I cam here and it turned out bad ass. If I'm ever on the east coast again I will definatly stop by again. The shop was was the cleanest ones that I had seen while staying in Maryland.

Mr. B's I agree is awesome. I got my tongue pierced by John there. He was very nice and laid back and was funny to help my nervous. I am very happy with my piercing i think he did an exellent job. I was a little light headed once it was completed so he offered me to sit in his office with the window open for air until i felt better. Very down to earth people and helpful. I would recommend them to people. And I will go back for myself as well.

Mr. b's tattoo is awesome. I don't know what tanya c is talking about. I've have gotten all my peircings and tattoos there and those guys know what there doing. Superb work, thanks guys.

First time and last time there got my Labret pierced about a month ago. I had it pierced before and it was straight but I had taken it out and it closed. Well I go there and had to wait for the piercing guy to get there then when he finally came and got ready I was stoked until he did it. It's off center, slanted and bangs against my teeth. I would not recommend getting pierced here at all. I was very disappointed and feel like it was a waste of money.

The first tattoo I got I wasn't completely happy with and was nervous to get it redone for fear of someone messing up again. After months of searching for a tattoo place, I decided to check out Mr B's. I walked in and they were friendly and willing to help my situation. I told the guy everything I want fixed and he was more than happy to listen to my input and voice his as well. Together we came up with great ideas and now my tattoo looks amazing and has everything I wanted. I definitely recommend going here!

Since Mr. B's changed ownership it's been amazing. It's super clean, and the artists are very talented. I get all my work done by Jim (guy w/ a big red beard), but the other artists are good as well.

I went to Mr. B's for my second set of tattoos. They were both original designs. Mike, who is their master piercer, is also the gentleman who did my tattoos for me. He was extremely gentle, a great conversationalist, meticulous in his detailing, and gave me two tattoos that get comments everywhere I go. I have plans for a couple more originals, and I will go to Mr. B's. If you've ever been concerned about getting a tattoo, they will talk to you about options, the process, after-care, and provide you with a totally pleasant experience.

Initially, I was concerned, having seen some questionable reviews on Mr. B's parlor prior to my visit. However, I decided that I would do my own research and make my own assumptions. Thus, I contacted the parlor, addressed my interests, and made an appointment to meet with my piercer. This decision, perhaps, was a result of many other individuals I knew having had previous work done by their co-owned shop "American Tattoo" on Eastern Avenue near Chase, MD. I was nervous to say the least... I was deciding to re-pierce my nipples after a HORRIBLE tattoo-party piercing gone wrong --- so you can understand my hesitance and certainly my desire to find someone more than qualified. And now, I am certainly glad that I did not take the half-illiterate prior reviews seriously.

Upon my arrival, I met with the *master* piercer, "Mike" --- the one with the long hair. When asking about his credentials, I was eased to know that aside from doing body modifications and body art, he had also been piercing since 1989! I expressed my concerns and individual complications with him, and he offered me several options and allowed me to choose what I thought best. Before he began piercing, he made sure to open all of his sterilized equipment in front of me and made me aware of the process that he was going to follow so I would be knowledgable of what he was about to do. As my nerves got the best of me and I thought I was near passing out, one of the other artists even got me a soda... now that's what I call consideration!

Overall, the price for the service hardly equated to all the supreme services that I received which included: my consultation, two steel barbells, complete after-care with H20 Spray and sea salt, and an extremely comforting experience. More so than the service itself was the beyond competent and easy-going artist, Mike. Overall, I sincerely encourage even the needle-skiddish to share their most intimate piercing and tattooing experiences at Mr. B's.

My husband has gotten two of his tattoos at Mr. B's; the shop portion is very clean. The waiting room, which I have gotten to know quite well, is just like a living room at home.

They have a ton of books to look through if you need ideas. The ony suggestion that I would have: since there are many artists at this location, stop by to see them in action. Pick someone AfTeR you have seen their work :)
