Kooper's Tavern

Very bad experience! Six of us ate outside and had a really irritable , unpleasant waitress. She was awful- plain mean! ( Two of us have been waitresses before and tend to be very nice and forgiving with wait staff!) I have never expereenced anything like it. We just wanted to get out of there ASAP. I did complain to owner, who wrote back saying he would talk with the waitress and get back to me , but has not yet.
The food is not bad , but THE WAIT STAFF WILL LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH!

nothing beats a table by the window upstairs so you can see the tugboats as you relax and enjoy a fantastic sunday brunch! The omelets are awesome... YUM!

Koopers is one of our favorite hotpots for a weeknight meal that is easy on the budget. Their weeknight specials (half price burgers/half price fajitas) are a great value and always crowd-pleasers. My favorite is the black bean burger with the amazing french fries. Also, try Koopers for a great Sunday brunch. Their plates are filled with generous portions and are always delicious. Great local restaurant (Also try Slainte next door...same owner!)

Friendly local place that you can even bring your dog inside...lots of fun in the heart of Fells Point. I come here for lunch a lot especially now since the City...I hate to admit but it makes it much easier to get in out out with those new parking meters out front. The cream of crab soup is the best around!!
