Dulaney Towers Condominiums

We moved from TX to MD and found this apartment complex online. I communicated numerous times through email and fax. We thought we were moving into the one bedroom that they had on the website, but when we got there, it was 100 square feet smaller than we were led to believe! And we had to move in that week, so there wasn't any options for switching to somewhere else. The staff changed *numerous* times over the course of one year and the manager who was the manager when we left had no experience and was horrible. I really think these apartments could have been something great if they wonld have had people who were qualified and experienced.
