I have taken computers to the Geek Squad twice. They have not been able to fix either issue. Fortunately my neighbor fixed my computer both times for free.

These guys aren't technicians, they are sales people. They must work on some type of commission, because their interest isn't in finding out what your computer needs are. They are interested in selling you the most expensive piece of plastic that you will buy. Please talk to the computer guy at work before buying from these people.

PROS: If you got the cash, they got the PC
CONS: you can find better quality and better prices elsewhere
