Very quick on the phone (15-20 minutes) and were out the next day. Finished the job and pointed out potential future problems (and did what they could to address them) but didn't try to upsell or anything.

When using them to be aware of the 3-hour minimum; they are very up front about that but it's important to know before getting into the job.
