Knowledgeable staff and quick service. I needed my factory radio repaired and they serviced the unit while I waited. I didn't want to leave although because they have the most comfortable leather couch/chairs in their theatre room. Going back in to have them upgrade my speakers. Highly recommend these guys!

a very rude young lady answered the phone, but the guy I talked too about sevice was very helpful...I will send them what I need repaired, but they send it out.
