I went in for an appointment with Dr. Bousheri with some very personal, intimate concerns. I am only 19 and was extremely nervous. I waited for over an hour to finally be seen. She barely took ANY time to talk to me about my concerns and attempted the exam. When I told her it hurt badly, she proceeded to tell me, "No it does not" and kept going as I was crying. I was furious at this point. After trying again, she got obviously fed up, wrote me a prescription for a Xanax and told me to come back to try again. She said that my hymen was too thick and I probably needed surgery. I was hysterically crying, and all she wanted to do was get out the door and onto the next patient. There was 1 nice nurse who consoled me. I went home, and about an hour later they called me and told me the prescription she wrote for the Xanax was 1.25 mg instead of 0.25, and to come back to get the new one. When I went back to get the new Rx, they didn't even ask for the old one back! Not to mention, she did not even write my name on the new Rx. I could have easily abused these prescriptions and gotten her/the practice in serious trouble. I went to another ob/gyn and recieved a diagnosis of vulvar vestibulitis in one visit, a prescription to help my nerve pain and a referral to a woman's physical therapist. My new doctor was appalled that I was told I would probably need surgery-my hymen was fine, and Dr. Bousheri could have known that if she simply asked me if my periods were normal. I will NEVER go back to her or Capital Women's Care.

The last two times that my wife visited her office she left in tears because of the rudeness of Kristiina Bousherhi, CNM.

My wife has serious medical condition - her bleeding hadn't stopped for over a month until she took some powerful prescription medication. There is no diagnosis yet as to the cause of it.

She had a procedure done at CWC-HC two weeks ago but wanted to talk to Kristiina for a minute before she left. The staff told my wife that Kristiina would see her only after she had seen all the others. After waiting nearly two hours she had to leave to pick up our children from daycare.

She returned for a scheduled appointment with Kristiina this morning. Unfortunately, she was 15 minutes late because of a traffic jam. After waiting for 45 minutes, the staff told her that Kristiina would not see her because she had arrived 15 minutes late and told her to schedule another appointment. An hour wasted and still no diagnosis for a scary medical condition that started over a month ago.

My wife will never set foot in that office again.

I have never been treated so rudely by staff at a medical office especially by Kristiiina Boushehri. I scheduled an appointment and when I got to the office they did not have it in their system. Their wait time is over an hour. Even if you have an emergency they will not see you. She speaks to you in a rude manner. The staff has a complete lack of compassion and caring. This Clarksville office is very chaotic. It is amazing to believe a medical office is allowed to stay in business while operating in this manner. Beware!

I am a health care practitioner. I do not recommend this overly busy, unsatisfactory, impersonal practice.
My initial GYN visits were fine. I'd wait >6 mo for an appt and >1 hr in the waiting room. I knew I was pregnant w/ my 1st but couldn't get an appt until I would have been 16 wks along. As I began to have signs of a miscarriage at 11 wks, I called every day or so for about a week, never allowed to speak w/ an MD. The office staff are terribly unprofessional. I finally called and demanded an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy or m/c. They couldn't squeeze me in and sent me off site. After my ultrasound, an MD FINALLY spoke to me on the phone and told me I had m/c'd and to call the office for a D&C later that week. I was horrified at the lack of caring, professionalism, and clinical judgement. Beware.

Professional, Communicative, Concerned Womans health Care organization willing to patiently help and care for the client while understanding and quickly adapting to all possibilities as they occur. Capable of helping the "patient to understand, adapt and overcome difficulties which might occur.
