GREASY OLD FOOD NOT KEPT TO PROPER FOOD HANDLING TEMPERATURES

Hello All:
As a professional Caterer, I do agree I am hard on restaurants and expect nicely prepared food and good taste. But careless food handling temperatures is one thing I will not tolerate. After my husband got food poisoning last year from a famous fast food store hot food case, and spent 3 days in the hospital for serious food poisoning and nearly died, I am particularly careful and really do notice if hot foods are indeed hot and cold foods kept cold. And notice if restaurants are clean & servers wash their hands.
In my own personal opinion, I would not eat here again. I prefer to get Dim Sum from a restaurant that has high food turn over such as Good Fortune Chinese Restaurant in Gaithersburg, MD. and I only eat there during peak lunch periods.
PROS: Chinese in Germantown
CONS: Greasy assortment of buffet food a lot of fried items. Concern about food temps - especially during later lunch times.
