Absolutely criminal scam artist with ignorent un educated rookie drivers, i walked in the store got a coffe came out and my car was lifted on their truck! I said hey thats my car u can put it dwn, they demanded 150$ for a "drop fee" and said only in cash or its going to the yard, i said i have no money on me and they told me they will wait for someone to bring the cash while they had my car hostage, and said they could not lower it cause it was called in, when i called their yatd they had no clue about my car and then said they must have picked it up on patrol, 1) on parole, thts considered predetory towing and is against the law 2) there is no law alowing them to charge a drop fee exeeding 50$ and 3 if ur present your supose to sign paperwork or aloud to get ur stuff out the car and none of these rules did they follow
Greenwood is absolutely the worst towing company in Baltimore. They will rip you off and damage your car in the process. Stay away from these scumbags at any cost. Even if you have to pay a little bit more to another company, it would be well worth it. The manager/owner - Charles Parrish is a complete scumbag and will not reimburse you for any damage that was caused by their incompetent, rookie drivers. They will hold your car hostage until you pay them (cash only) and you have absolutely no recourse against these a-holes, except going to small claims court.
STAY AWAY FORM GREENWOOD TOWING - IF YOU USE THEM FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION LATER!
Beware of parking areas around apartment complexes in Baltimore. These guys are working with tenants to get you towed. The previous statement is expressed as my opinion. Take it for what it's worth to you.
