purchased a car from them and so far its been OK. i need a new power steering pump and i believe my car was in a accident before i purchased it. other than that they where a pleasant and helpful.

pros: easy to find
cons: heard from friends about service just take it to a good dealership if you decide to buy a car from them

In early Feb. I bought a car from the dealership that had problems with the breaks shortly after I bought it. I brought it back to have the breaks checked and to have the oil changed. Someone in the service department did not service the car well and my car leaked oil until I had to bring it in again. I did not feel the service was of good quality because I wasn't given polite service after my repeated calls to the dealership. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was told he would not be in for the next week and my call would have to wait. I wouldn't recommend going through the debacle I had to go through to get a car serviced.

My family and I have purchased 7 vehicles from Rich Morton in the past 15 years, we have never had a problem with our vehicles, service or financing. Their staff never pressures, they are welcoming,knowledgeable and extend great serice to everyone. The service department staff is well trained and we never have long wait times. The location is convenient, their accommodation's are comfortable and very clean. I have complete trust in them and feel they are an assest to our community. I recommend Rich Morton highly.

They are a car dealership. WIth my recent dealings with them involved a family member. They sold a car without a clear title and then the car had to be taken back and it was a huge mess. I'd just be sure I knew what I was doing before I bought from them.

PROS: Easy to locate
CONS: Not real smart
