I would not recommend this dentist practice to anyone. The staff is lazy and unaware of how to complete an insurance claim. The dentist needs his money so fast that he fails to file correctly and than immdeiately files for collection. We had to have our claim refiled and it was paid in full by the insurance company. Then we had to wait 30 days to have a $68.00 collection to be removed from our creidt report because the Denist office could not do there job. All we received from the staff was it was not our fault and it was okay to loose us as a client. Good luck if you use this dentist, because you are going to need it.

Best Dentist and Staff I have ever gone to! I highly recommend them to everyone who asks for the name of my Dentist. You might have to wait a bit to get in but if you only want the best it's well worth the wait. Kudo's to Dr B and his staff!

Dr Burrows and team are absolutely fantastic! Our entire family goes there, including two of my daughters, ages seven and five. The girls were very scared to go to the dentist, but Dr. Burrows and his team made the experience painless! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, talented and family oriented practice. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to Dr. B for about 6 years now. I have had so many different procedures. They are very professional and extremely helpful. My mother was visiting from NY and had a bridge fall out. They didn't even hestiate, within an hour she was in the chair. She considers Dr. B as her dentist while she's in Maryland. She needs alot of work and Dr. B has helped her many times and has gone over many options with her. I am extremely happy with Dr. B and I would recommend him to anyone. The only problem is that he is so popular that it hard to get an appointment. So times it takes two months after a procedure but if any problem apprears they will squeeze you in.

The staff is very friendly and professional.
I had a filling (my first!) done there about 6 months ago but for some reason it fell out. The doctor that did it was new and now she is gone so I'm thinking that maybe she wasn't very good and they got rid of her. The dentists they have their now are wonderful. He replaced my filling and I can't even tell that its a filling!

CONS: None Now
