Made appointment 4pm at Germantown Office. Stenographer was rude and abrupt. After rushing through the required measurement for our OBGYN, she didnt tell us anythong about our first baby, including the sex. Yes, to be clear, we did not find out the sex of our first child at 20 weeks, though we wanted to. When we went to the OBGYN a few weeks later, she said that the sonogram would have to be redone because the measurements were unclear. It was 80 in the room where they gave the spnogram: there was a thermostat in the room; my wife got light-headed and passed out... Almost. Bad news dude. My advise is to not go to the Germantown office. We received a threatening letter in the mail, saying they were sending us to collections, eventhough we paid the bill the same week we got it. Wife called and they told her, "its cuz we so backed UP and stuff..."

The use of the word please would go a long way by some of the front office staff, basic manners (thank you, you're welcome). I arrived 15 minutes earlier for pre-registration purposes. The Community Radiology Associates was a referral by my primary care doctor and I would rather drive farther than visit this place again. The appointment was at 9am and I was helped by 9:50am for a 7 minute CT scan!? If they were as quick as fast as I paid my co-payment they would be more efficient. I would not recommend this place if you have a choice! I would give it 0 stars if possible.

This is the the only place where my insurance will pay for xrays, ultrasounds and the like, so it is fairly lucky that it is a pretty good place to go. They have several locations throughout the area, but I always go to the one in White Oak. They offer ultrasounds, MRIs, xrays, mamograms and other medical procedures, and all pretty competently. It can take a while to get an appointment because they are pretty busy. My one big piece of advice is just to schedule your appointment for early in the morning if possible. I went here once with a 10 am appointment and had to wait forever because they get so busy. More recently, however, I went in at 7:45, pretty soon after they had just opened and was seen within 10 minutes. My procedure was quick and I was out by 8. The staff, even for that early in the morning, were all quite nice, too.
