Excellent sandwiches and the best fries in Frederick, it also has a comfortable "Cheer's-like" atmosphere even if everyone doesn't know your name. My personal choice for where to go after a trip to the library (which is right behind it).

The answer to the "what are we getting for lunch?" question at our office is always. WAGS! They have such a selection and the price is comparable. You can stay and eat or call ahead and pickup, which is great if you are in a time crunch. Enjoy!

Laid back atmosphere, excellent burgers and fries. VERY affordable, my favorite burger restaurant by far! Great place for a happy hour drink as well.

We love going to Wags for lunch throughout the week. They have daily specials and everything that I have had has been wonderful. I love the quaint (and dark) atmosphere of the restaurant. The chili is fabulous and the choice of sandwiches is amazing. Wags was voted the "best burger in Frederick" for good reason. Service has always been efficient and the staff is very friendly. Once you go a few times they remember you (gotta love that!).

Great food. I highly recommend trying a cheeseburger there at least once, unless you are a vegetarian. The place is small and tucked away, the people are always friendly and the wait staff is attentive.

I love this restaurant!!! The food is delicious---all home-made...definitely try the soups and chili. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate---and the service is friendly and fast.

Wags has some quintessential sandwiches that must be tried (for example, the blue cheese burger with mushrooms) and the food is very reasonable priced. It does have a cramped, college bar feeling though, and on a Friday night you would want to avoid it completely (unless you like the noise).
