I bought a 2007 Toyota RAV4 from here and the sales portion of it took almost 6 hours. The finance rep kept messing up the paperwork. Then the next day I found a few blemishes on the paint and on the dash. I took it back to 355 Toyota so they could fix the flemishes. I took it in on a Tuesday and told it would take 2-3 days to repair. Friday comes along and now i'm told my RAV4 needed a part they broke and had to order it. Now it won't be ready til Monday. I go there Monday to pick up my RAV4 and told they were not done, that the dash will be done on Wednesday. So that's 8 days for repair, vice the 2-3 days I was told it would take. SO, I go on Wednesday to pick up my RAV4 and guess what, they missed a spot that was supposed to be touched up. I was furious!!!! Now I have to bring it in again to have that spot touched up. So now those 2-3 days will be become 10-12 days. Poor scheduling, poor poor management. In return, I got almost $300 in accessories for free. I'm still not happy about the whole experience and will not go to 355 for any major service.

I felt like I was at Disneyworld... You drive in, someone meets you at your door, asks you what you need, and takes your keys. Then you are escorted to someone who basically checks you in. It's a very quick, efficient process. I also really like that they have a shuttle. I was able to get a ride very quickly to my office which is just over a mile away. Great service!

I had a horrible experience at the 355 Toyota in Rockville. I dealt with a very rude service person (Dory M), and he refused to honor a coupon that I had for my rear brake service. They clearly state on their website that they honor other Toyota dealers' coupons, yet this gentlemen was adamant about making me pay the entire 355 Toyota price for my service. Needless to say, I will never go to 355 Toyota again. I have reported my experience to the Toyota headquarters office.

Driving in to the covered service area almost reminds me of scenes of the Enterprise docking at a starbase. Unless you arrive during the morning rush, however, you'll have to hunt on your own to find were to go. Staff doesn't seem to be proactive to help when they see a customer wandering and looking lost. Overall they do a good job on repairs but we have had times when we've had to return to get a minor repair completed correctly.
