Casto Cathrine J Md - Eastern Shore Obstetrics

Dr. Evans put my child in the NICU because he was home when he should have been at the hospital delivering my baby! After my experience, I have met many other moms with similar problems involving Dr. Evans. Also, he was rude to my nurses at the hospital!

I am a patient at Eastern Shore Obstetrics and I have never had a bad experience. All of the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. I have had two children delivered by this practice and I loved the fact that I was seen by all the doctors. I also have many friends who I have recommended this practice. Not one have ever had a bad thing to say about any of the doctors.Don't let one person make up your mind about this practice/doctors, check it out for yourself or just ask around. I know more woman who go to this practice then woman who don't. I would trust my life in the hands of Dr. Evans, Dr. Gray, Dr. Eisemann, Dr. Jennings, Dr. Urban and Dr. Casto.

PROS: All of the doctors, nurses and staff are great.

Dr. Evans is everything but what this Stephanie H has to say. She has no clue. Yes, an unfortunate situation occurred, however all of the doctors in the practice would have done the EXACT same thing. Dr. Evans is caring, gentle, and kind. This women is upset about the situation and is lashing out. You are safe with Dr. Evans as well as the rest of doctors at this practice. I feel people need to get all of the fact before dishing out ignorance. That is exactly what this Stephanie H is about this situation.

GET A CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PROS: Charming, easy to talk to, understanding, CARING!!!
CONS: Have to deal with unjust lawsuits which takes away his time with patients

DO NOT go to Dr. Evans. He is not a competent Dr. The rest of the OBGYN's in the practice are wonderful. However, you might be one of the unlucky people to get Dr. Evans. The way this practice works is they rotate OB's. If you go to this practice and you are pregnant. Please tell your Dr. that you DO NOT want Dr. Evans Delivering your child. You and your baby are in danger with him. One of our best friends delivered at the hospital in Salisbury and he was on call. He should have done an emergency C-section, but waited. The nurses paged him and he did not come in soon enough. The mother was bleeding and he did nothing! The innocent little baby died. This was due to his negligence. This is not the only thing he has done. He was rude and never apologized!! He is arrogant and has no heart. I normally do not say bad things about people. However, I feel it is my duty to save someone from such pain and heartache, and possibly the life of a child or mother. He sent another woman home with a spinal leak and when she called and told him he said oh it will go away. Just lay down. She ended up seeing another Dr. and they had to patch her. DO NOT GO TO DR. Jason Evans. Please for your safety and others. He may seem nice, but he does not know what he is doing. Dr. Gray, Eisman and Jennings are good Dr.s. When I lived in Salisbury, Dr. Jennings was my Dr. and I liked him as a gynocologist. I have other friends who have had Dr. Eisman & Dr. Gray as their OBGYNs and they felt they were great.

The trial against Dr. Evans and this wrongful death suit starts October 23, 2006. Contact your local papers and tv stations for more information. Spread the word to friends and family. Please save a life.

PROS: Every Dr. is great, but DO NOT GO TO Dr. Evans
CONS: Dr. Evans is a horrible OB!

All 4 of my children were delivered by this group. Not only are the Dr's the best but the nurses are too. They talk to you like a real person not just a patient. They are quick to call you back if you have a question. And are just the nicest people!
