Party City

Party City has become my one-stop-shop for anything party-related or even wedding-related. They have excellent prices and the employees always work with you when returning items that are broken or just not wanted. During Halloween, I bought a couple costumes that were missing pieces and they replaced those pieces right away with no complaints.

PROS: Friendly store, great prices
CONS: Crowded a lot of the time

This place has everything party related and the greeting cards here are cheap too. They also sell party poppers, which is awesome, because not a lot of places sell this item in Maryland. I really like going here, because you come across many ideas to make regular parties into awesome parties.

PROS: variety of items, the prices are cheap
CONS: needs a catalog for more expensive stuff
