Dunkin' Donuts

Considering the fact that we no longer have the DD on Oppossomtown Pike, we have only the one on 40...which it seems that once business began to pick up they hired more people, but in doing so, the customer service quality decreased significantly. I let that slide because, although from the south I was born and raised on Krispy Kreme, my children love DD.I went in today 4/11/09..the place and the drive thru was packed. Excited to try the coffee as well, I stood at the register waiting for the chick to get my order right and being rung up by the owner...low and behold I watched as a roach ran the length of the cash register, up and down back and forward...disgusting to say the least. I saw one, but where there is 1 you see, there are hundreds more you don't!

I ordered two pink donuts w/no sprinkles at the drive-through window at 6:45 am on 9/7/07. At the window I handed the clerk $1.66 (think that was the amount) & she handed me the bag. I looked inside & saw only one donut. I handed the bag back to her & asked for the other donut. She went to get one & handed the bag back to me. I looked inside & saw a donut w/sprinkles. I handed the bag back to her & told her the order was wrong. I finally got the right order. Is it too much to ask for the right order? This is why I rarely go through drive-throughs anymore. They figure you won't discover the error until you have already driven away.
