I originally started with a gentleman named Paul. I told him that we were looking for a twelve passenger van and asked him some questions about one that appeared on their website. He got back to me right away with the answers. The van photographed was the van they were selling, but the informatin listed for it was not correct. The information listed was for a fifteen passenger van. On a Thursday night we went up to just look at the van. Boy was that a mistake. The gentleman we were originally working with passed us to another associate because he was leaving for the weekend. I really wish we had the opportunity to stay with Paul. We switched to Tim who was way more pushy. He had us take a test drive that night and also appraised our trade in. Tim told us Kelly Blue Book prices vehicles too high and that's why we weren't getting the value we thought we should be for our trade in. But when it came time to give us a quote for his van he said it was under Kelly Blue Book. We ended up going back on Friday and buying the van. We did love it but wish we had spent more time dickering them down some on the price especially after we found out they had it since 2004. Overall the service was great, but know exactly what you want to pay before you go in, or it's too easy to get pushed into something you can't afford.
