Tonys Highlandtown Hairstyling Salon is a decent salon. They got me in pretty quickly which I was thankful for, but they kept me waiting while waiting on another client. I had gotten my hair shampooed and was sitting in the chair waiting for my stylist to help another newer stylist. I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes. Otherwise, the stylist did a decent job, and apologized a few times for the delay.
