car went in for 5000 mile service. 700 miles later found out it had no anti-freeze in the radiator. motor made a knocking noise the night before. so I called service they told me to call a towing company they used. later they claimed the radiator was full of antifreeze when it got there and then they tried to renig on the tow and make me pay $145 plus tax. My friend confirmed the radiator was dry that morning (I asked her to look before the tow). They said we were both wrong. I refused to get stuck with the towing charge and service manager said I was a "bully". Well good for me !! STAY AWAY.

After an accident, Geico referred my car to Darcars to be fixed.
The repair took longer than promised.
Phone calls to inform me of repairs were not made when promised.
Items were stolen from my car.
The repair was faulty, and needs to be fixed; however I will be going elsewhere for the repair, despite the additional cost.

If you have any interest in your car, never go there. This is one of the worst places i have been to, if not THE WORST. they have lot of divisions among them like Orange time, silver team, gold team etc etc. But, i think they compete for the worst service. I went there for a door hinge work. Not only they screwed up the entire door, they created dents and what not. When i opened the car door, after service, it jumped fell down. they guy had no clue. Never go here.
PROS: Is there any?

I went in for a car wash and oil change. Having gone there for years, I can tell you the service has improved greatly. I didn't have to wait to meet with a customer service person.
It was raining outside, so they recommended that I not wash my car today. They gave me a voucher to wash my car at a local gas station at any day of the week.
The oil change was done in an hour. This was a lot better then before, where I was waiting for 2-3 hours.
They have a free coffee machine in the waiting area. The waiting area could use more magazines and a television that is placed on something interesting. The service could be a little more faster, from one hour to 45 minutes.
PROS: faster service, other options
CONS: boring: more magazines
