This began with an internet search for a Titan pickup truck. Darcars had a new 09 titan that was pretty much what I wanted. I contacted a sales rep., Harold Miller, and asked a few questions. He didn't seem to interested in selling the vehicle. I asked if they would take any less for the truck and he said he would get back with me after talking with the manager. I waited all day for his call...I had to call him back at the close of buisness on the next evening. He said, definately no price reductions on the Titan. I told him I was looking at another truck and would get back with him, didn't seem to bother him and he said OK. On Saturday I did his job and called the manager and came to a deal on the truck for a lower figure. I made reservations to fly to Baltimore and drive the truck home on Wednesday. Monday at 9:30 I was in the bank to make the purchase of the titan. The loan was already approved. The loan officer called Darcars at 9:30, asked for the vin. number of the truck and was hung up on; I was there. I got the vin. number from the vehicle from the internet for the officer myself. The bank kept calling Darcars of College park with no luck. At noon I called the dealership myself and was told someone would call me back in five minutes. An hour and a half later, no call, I left and at 3:00 called the bank, still no truck purchaced. My wife wanted me to cancel the deal, but I said wait till the closing of the bank. The bank buys a whole lot more cars than Darcars has ever sold, and she, the banker had never had an experience like that one. This truck was already sold and they couldn't follow through. How many cars did Darcars of College park sell on 18 October 2010? I couldn't miss another day's work, and be worried if I was going to be picked up at the airport when I got there. I spoke with Harold a couple of days later and he wanted to know if I was still interested in the Titan, I told him because of Darcars incompetence I would need compensated for the money I lost on Monday. No asking the manager just a quick no.They must be busy, but not at selling cars. I am not going to beg anyone to sell me a vehicle. I, as a customer, do not need Darcars, but does Darcars need customers? Darcars, YOU ARE FIRED! I lost money trying to buy a vehicle from this place. Dissatisfied......yes I believe so. I am not so special to beleive that this is the first time it has happened. I am not sure, but it seems the salesman is blocking me from making a complaint to Darcars, and probably blocked the sale of the truck. If you have to do buisness with Darcars of College Park and get Harold as a sales person...ask for someone else, or plan on doing his job for him.

My total bill was 500.00 and nothing was done. 150.00 for towing, 150.00 for diagnostic just to tell me my battery was dead. another 100.00 to put a battery in (that by the way ended up going dead and makes me think the battery wasn't a new one) and another 100.00 for a diagnostic just to tell me i needed a radiator fan - which was all horse s*&^! So essentially nothing was done!

And then they still tried to get me for more money saying I couldn't drive the car unless i got the radiator fan!

F%5^% you! Zach and his team are all crooked and they'll pay for their lack of integrity!!!

car went in for 5000 mile service. 700 miles later found out it had no anti-freeze in the radiator. motor made a knocking noise the night before. so I called service they told me to call a towing company they used. later they claimed the radiator was full of antifreeze when it got there and then they tried to renig on the tow and make me pay $145 plus tax. My friend confirmed the radiator was dry that morning (I asked her to look before the tow). They said we were both wrong. I refused to get stuck with the towing charge and service manager said I was a "bully". Well good for me !! STAY AWAY.

After an accident, Geico referred my car to Darcars to be fixed.

The repair took longer than promised.

Phone calls to inform me of repairs were not made when promised.

Items were stolen from my car.

The repair was faulty, and needs to be fixed; however I will be going elsewhere for the repair, despite the additional cost.

If you have any interest in your car, never go there. This is one of the worst places i have been to, if not THE WORST. they have lot of divisions among them like Orange time, silver team, gold team etc etc. But, i think they compete for the worst service. I went there for a door hinge work. Not only they screwed up the entire door, they created dents and what not. When i opened the car door, after service, it jumped fell down. they guy had no clue. Never go here.

PROS: Is there any?
CONS: WORST worst service

I went in for a car wash and oil change. Having gone there for years, I can tell you the service has improved greatly. I didn't have to wait to meet with a customer service person.

It was raining outside, so they recommended that I not wash my car today. They gave me a voucher to wash my car at a local gas station at any day of the week.

The oil change was done in an hour. This was a lot better then before, where I was waiting for 2-3 hours.

They have a free coffee machine in the waiting area. The waiting area could use more magazines and a television that is placed on something interesting. The service could be a little more faster, from one hour to 45 minutes.

PROS: faster service, other options
CONS: boring: more magazines
