Valley Cab Assn Inc

I've used their svc on many occasions & I have NEVER had a problem. I enjoyed the conversation with the driver & the ride was smooth & clean. Cab rides are supposed to be entertaining, not distracting. Also, my driver did not try to take the long way to my destination. We actually disagreed (he won!!) that his way was cheaper.

Valley Cab has the worst service of any cab company in the Baltimore area.

I have had numerous experiences where I have waited over an hour for a cab. Forget about calling when there is bad weather. There are few cabs avaialable on the weekend. The Northwest area of the county has grown tremendously in recent years but Valley Cab can't keep up with the increased demands for service.

My experience with Valley Cab was great. they showed up within 15 minutes of my call. The driver, Buddy, was very professional and polite. I'd use them again.

Last week I called Valley Cab 45 min before I actually needed it, it took them over an hour to get there. Well I called again this time an hour and 15 min before I needed them. After waiting for 45 I called to confirm my cab and was told they did not have a ticket for me. I got a call 15 min. later telling me my cab was outside. Needless to say I go outside and my cab was not there. I called them back and was told they called me by mistake and that my car would be there soon, its been a 1/2 hour and no cab. Valley Cab is a joke!

PROS: None
CONS: Unprofessional, too busy, no customer service

Finding ourselves without a car after a car accident and waiting for a rental car to come through,we had to use Valley Cab for my husband to get to and from work for 2 days. This was by far the better one,they showed up on time,clean car and quiet driver.It did cost a bit more then the other local service,but was worth it.So if you need a cab for the airport,train station,or incidental,try them .
