Valley Cab has the worst costumer service that I have ever witnessed in my Life! I catch cabs from my job to the subway everyday and every time I call during day time hours there is a white older man who answers the phone with a nasty disposition. He is always rude and never pleasant. He refused to send a cab to my location after I called for a cab to be sent because he said I was rude to him. As a result i was late for work and had to call a friend to get me. I waited for 45 mins and a cab was never sent. They are the cab company assigned to the cab stand at the milford mill subway station.

A previous time I called a cab and cab #72 did came to my location with a gentleman already in the back seat of the cab. He told me to get in a cab with a man I have never met at night time and im a woman ??? when I told him I was not getting in he caught an attitude.
I have tried to contact Clay the manager on several accounts, however he has not returned my phone call.

now im am asking anyone who has had an bad experience with this company to email me we a statement asking for this companies cab stand to be removed from the MTA subway at milford mill as a result of poor costumer service, endangerment to the public and un ethical conduct with the public

Please help me get this cab stand removed . They can not keep treating people like this !!!

Dont use this company . They never have enough people out and the dispatchers are very rude.Icalled to cancel my cab because they were taking too long .then they got mad at me because i was canceling and said i couldnt use them any more

I have received bad service in my life, but never so bad that I have been compelled to go through the drama of signing up to a website to provide feedback.

Don't use this service if you want to arrive anywhere on time.
Don't use this service if you can't handle being told you are unreasonable for canceling a 45 minute late taxi.
Don't use this service if you can't handle someone trying to screw you on the fare (e.g tell you it's a certain amount upfront, turn off the meter on the way there and tell you they'd done so because you were nearly there even though you weren't).
Don't use this service if you want a human level of cleanliness.
Don't use this service.
Don't use this service unless you can handle being told your complaints are completely unfounded.

If you want a cab service who is reliable please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The service is a wreck. My hubby and I have used valleys after getting tired of poor service from Jimmy's Cab. At first they were reliable and great. However a year later the service has become crap! We wait on average 45 minutes for a cab to be dispatched to any where and we live in Owings Mills 15 minutes from their headquarters in Pikesville! When I call dispatch I get told the cab is coming and I can not reiterate the number of times dispatchers have hung up on me without answering a single question. I understand your busy but waiting 45 MINUTES for a cab is unacceptable.

Today I called the cab company to talk to the supervisor and was hung up on TWICE. The second time I was hung up on I heard a lady say hang up the phone. When I called back I recieved the woman and told her I was very unhappy she transferred me to a voice mail box that is FULL. I will be calling back and complaining to the supervisor, the manager and then head up the chain of command because this is absolutely intolerable.

I am tired of ignorant dispatchers and I am sick and tired of cab drivers that lie. A handful of cabbies are goodnatured but there are several who are downright rude. My husband and I tip a cab driver at minimum 5 dollars. The rudes ones get NILCH.

At this point I will be finding yet another cab service to utilize, hopefully one whos customer service is better and stable.

If you are in need of a cab I recommend finding somewhere else to go to because customers who are paying 1.80 just to get into the car should not be treated the way this service treats them.

I just witnessed Valley Cab dropping a Senior passager off at her home after dark and had to make several trips back and forth carrying packages while the driver just sat on his Butt. How rude and inconsiderit. I dove cab for years and always went ot the doors to pick-up my customer, helped with packaged and made sure they were in the door before i left no matter what the age or weather. I still cant spell, but I still have respect for my money makers.

An ill relative needed a ride home from the hospital during a severe snow storm. All of the cab companies were closed and Valley Cab made an extra effort to have a cab accomodate him so that he was able to get home. There would have been no other way. The Operator (Angel) was extremely helpful and kind. I really can't thank them enough for going the extra mile (no pun intended)! I will use them whenever I need a cab from now on.

I've used their svc on many occasions & I have NEVER had a problem. I enjoyed the conversation with the driver & the ride was smooth & clean. I have had numerous experiences where I have waited over an hour for a cab. Forget about calling when there is bad weather. There are few cabs avaialable on the weekend. The Northwest area of the county has grown tremendously in recent years but Valley Cab can't keep up with the increased demands for service.

Last week I called Valley Cab 45 min before I actually needed it, it took them over an hour to get there. Well I called again this time an hour and 15 min before I needed them. After waiting for 45 I called to confirm my cab and was told they did not have a ticket for me. I got a call 15 min. later telling me my cab was outside. Needless to say I go outside and my cab was not there. I called them back and was told they called me by mistake and that my car would be there soon, its been a 1/2 hour and no cab. Valley Cab is a joke!

CONS: Unprofessional, too busy, no customer service

Finding ourselves without a car after a car accident and waiting for a rental car to come through,we had to use Valley Cab for my husband to get to and from work for 2 days. This was by far the better one,they showed up on time,clean car and quiet driver.It did cost a bit more then the other local service,but was worth it.So if you need a cab for the airport,train station,or incidental,try them .
