    .

Let's just say it's a process. I had my kitchen and powder room cabinets refaced, under cabinet lighting, and lower cabinets changed to new drawers. I chose them because I wanted real wood doors. First you get someone to the house to bring samples, measure and give you the price. Then the "real" measurer comes out and goes over everything again. Then you wait weeks for the doors to come in. We had 2 nice older men do the job who have been with the company a long time so my expectations were high. The countertops and new wood floor were cloth covered but I have 2 dents in my wood floor due to dropped tools. Problems -- 4 of the doors came hinged backwards and 1 narrow special door was measured wrong so that meant reordering. After several phone calls and weeks later the replacements arrived but the 4 doors were a darker stain than the rest of the cabinets. It took pictures, phone calls and weeks before they agreed to replace them, and I gave them a drawer facing to make sure the stain would match. One of the glass panels had a big scratch on it so that involved pictures, more phone calls and weeks to get that corrected. Nothing happens very fast with this company. I had to ask them to put new molding on the side of the cabinets where previous molding had been! Plus they put quarter round floor molding in the powder room instead of half round which was already in the powder room. Both fixed without question. In the end, some of the kitchen cabinets were not even across the top and 1 of the drawers wouldn't stay closed. When a different carpenter delivered the replacement cabinets, noted above, he fixed those problems. He was very professional. I am happy with the final product, but it took months of phone calls, e-mails, pictures, frustration, and wasted time to get to the finish. Good thing I am retired. So when they say you will have a new looking kitchen in 3-4 days, don't believe it for a minute.
