Romano's MacAroni Grill

Romanos has a great selection of delicious food. My favorite is the create your own pasta menu, where you are able to choose specifically what type of pasta, sauces and meat you want. The only negative experience I have had with this restaurant is the inaccuracy of the meal when 'create your own' pasta is ordered. On multiples occasions either myself or someone I'm dining with has had to send a dish back to the kitchen (sometimes multiple times) because they are wrong. But the servers are always helpful and apologetic when this happens, and generally management is willing to cover at least a portion of the bill to compensate for the inconvenience.

This is a chain restaurant, and I don't know how others in the chain compare, but the one in Frederick is our new family favorite. It's Italian food, but there is a large slection, and some fairly healthy choices, as well. My children like it, too. They serve HUGE bowls of delicious soup, and it is really good family dining for an affordable price.
