Wonderful seating, courteous service, relaxing ambiance, and delicious seafood. I visit the east coast quite regularly, and this is one of my favorite haunts. Modestly price intimate dinners without paying a king's ransom. I'll definitely be back!

A Truely horrible experience.

1. Confusion and disorganization getting a table. It took about 15 minutes to be seated when it turns out that the restaurant is only a little more than 1/2 full.

2. Drink order taken but not received until after our meal arrived

3. Order not taken for at least 30 minutes

4. I had to get the silverware and napkins after the food was served

5. Appetizer took about 45 minutes to be served.

6. Side dishes not received until after we had finished our meal

7. Waiter saying to us constantly, "You are having a really bad experience here". Duh

We did get a free dessert.

Food was only okay, nothing special.

Most disorganized, poorly run restaurant I have ever eaten at.

A few days later I tried the "express" just to get a crab cake. Once again I perfect example of a highly disorganized and poorly run operation. It took 30 minutes to get my order. They did not forget, it just took them forever to put out each order.

I don't know how this place stays in business. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

Phillips Seafood Restaurant in Harborplace is a tourist favorite, but the food is not as good as many other local restaurants. I do not approve that they buy crabmeat from Taiwan and try to pawn it off as authentic local Maryland crabmeat. If you are going to check it out, make sure you go on their website and you can get a free spinach and crab dip.

Good prices and quailty seafood. Do not eat at there all you can buffet not as good as the menu food. Very fast service and clean as well. We have gone several times and will always be repeat customers.

This restaurant is well known for their prime seafood. This restaurant is upscale and well worth the price. The seafood is fresh and deliciously prepared. This is a great place to go for a celebration such as an anniversary or birthday. Be sure to call ahead for a reservation, though, as they are usually booked up.
