A Truely horrible experience.
1. Confusion and disorganization getting a table. It took about 15 minutes to be seated when it turns out that the restaurant is only a little more than 1/2 full.
2. Drink order taken but not received until after our meal arrived
3. Order not taken for at least 30 minutes
4. I had to get the silverware and napkins after the food was served
5. Appetizer took about 45 minutes to be served.
6. Side dishes not received until after we had finished our meal
7. Waiter saying to us constantly, "You are having a really bad experience here". Duh
We did get a free dessert.
Food was only okay, nothing special.
Most disorganized, poorly run restaurant I have ever eaten at.
A few days later I tried the "express" just to get a crab cake. Once again I perfect example of a highly disorganized and poorly run operation. It took 30 minutes to get my order. They did not forget, it just took them forever to put out each order.
I don't know how this place stays in business. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.
