White Plains Park on St. Charles Parkway 3 By Erica R. \| Insider Expert \| Rank: 10,918 White Plains Park & Golf Course The White Plains Regional Park off of St. Charles Parkway in White Plains (not in La Plata as the address says) has a large playground area for children. There are three different playgrounds according to age, so a lot of entertainment value. The nice thing about this particular playground is that there are trees surrounding parts of it, providing some shade from the hot sun. There are also picnic tables and public bathrooms.
