And then the guys told me they didn't have the oil 'in stock' that I paid for. So I went and pulled 5 quarts off their shelves of the oil I paid for and handed it to them, to which they replied "oh". My 71 year old mother could do a better job.
PROS: cheap
CONS: not worth the pain
