I have used this dealership for service of my hybrid vehicle two times since there are no other Honda dealerships near me. After my first service experience with them, my car was leaking transmission fluid and the air filter cover was put on backwards. Before I realized the transmission fluid was leaking, I was noticing a rattling sound under the hood. I took the car back to be checked, and that is when I was told the air filter cover was on wrong. Soon after, I noticed a large puddle under my car at home, the automatic transmission was shifting roughly, and the check transimission light came on. Not trusting Browns again, I had to have my car towed to Baltimore in order to have it checked out. That is where I found out that the plug for the transmission fluid was put in wrong by a dealership! After several long talks with Browns, I finally got a refund for service, and was offered free service for my next visit. Because of the distance to the other dealership, I decided to try Browns again almost a year later. That visit left my car with with tires that weren't set properly after a rotation and a wheel cover put on wrong. While they did not cause any major problems, I expect much better when I am paying for service, especially at a dealership. Come to find out later, a student worked on my hybrid without supervision during the first visit, and after my second visit, they admitted that they only see a car like mine once or twice a year! Shouldn't a dealership be well versed in the mainenance of their own cars? They won't be getting any more business from me or anyone I know!

CONS: Do not know how to properly work on a hybrid vehicle.
