I found the staff to be friendly and they have certainly tried to help me in my quest to find the tools to aid in my grandmother's mobility. It's a long process once Medicare & the insurance companies get involved and this company knows the ropes and is willing to assist in anyway. My phone calls have always been returned in a timely fashion and any questions I've had have been adequately answered. I'd highly recommend Bedco Mobility. The selection they offer is great ~ every price range is represented, and the staff doesn't try to push anything unnecessary.
