Drayer's Florist Two

My family has been using Drayer's for years and we will continue to use them for the excellent service and supreme quality. When a dear friend of the family passed away the arrangement we ordered was designed beautifully. At the viewing it was very obvious which flowers were from Drayer's since they were so spectacular. Beyond this specific occasion, every time I stop into the shop (either the Middle River or Bel Air location) the staff is friendly, attentive and very helpful. Also the driver's do a wonderful job of delivering our flowers promptly and with a smile on their face. I have never had a difficutly finding answers to my questions, be it how to keep a peace lily alive or what flowers are appropriate for a occasion. I love this florist, its employees and the legacy it continues in excellence!

I ordered 16 pink roses for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday. I asked that they be delivered after 2:30pm, so that she would be home from school to received them herself. I also asked that if that wasn't possible, that they take them back to the store and I would pick them up myself. At 9am I get a call from the delivery driver who tells me he is 5 minutes away and just wanted to be sure someone was home to get them! It took him 25 minutes to get to my house, which made me late for work on top of the fact that they weren't supposed to be there until after 2:30! He didn't even apologize! I asked if he had any notes about this, and he said, oh yeah, I see that now. He told me to call the office if I wanted to complain, which I certainly did. I spoke with the Assistant Mgr. who said it was showing in their computer, so it was the driver's fault. She apologized and asked if I wanted her to send something to my daughter apologizing for their error. I said the surprise was already ruined and that I would never use Drayer's again. She didn't even offer a refund. I am so angry and disappointed.

I used this florist for my wedding. I met with a consultant to discuss arrangements - the consultant was not pushy and gave her recommendations and great ideas! I looked through many books and she was able to incorporate my ideas into the ultimate decision. The flowers turned out beautiful and were ready on time.

PROS: Willing to incorporate my ideas!
CONS: Difficult to get an appointment for consultation
