    My experience was different on September 24. I went in for a part for my automobile and the young lady proceeded to see if they had the part in stock on their computer. After a few minutes I became doubtful that the part she was giving me was correct because she looked unsure herself. However, she insisted that it was the correct part. I took the car to my mechanic and indeed it was the incorrect part. I had to make a second trip to this store to exchange the part. In my opinion, this young lady not only needs to become more knowledgeable in the area of auto parts, but also customer service because she was slightly rude. Not impressed.

    OMG did we ever have an experience. The Manager Chester Boyles was a complete JERK, and thats putting it in nice terms. A warranty item was purchased in his store. Part number matches, core was exchanged in the Shrewsbury store, so there is a tracking on the part. He refused to exchange it out, even though Advanced is supposed to have a main policy regarding returns and warranties on parts going bad. Very rude on the phone , and WE will never shop there again. Not to mention a letter going to corporate regarding his poor attitude and service. No stars for this store, shame it doesnt have a negative mark to post!!!

    I have visited this auto parts store on several occasions, and I have always felt a little let down by the experience. I have had trouble finding the items that I need on multiple visits, and the sales associates are not usually very helpful. I would recommend visiting the store if you are in great need of something you know they carry, but I wouldn't suggest going there if you need help finding something less common.
