.

I found this class to me more for cardiovascular work than it was for teaching forms or fighting techniques. In addition to that parking was a little difficult to find and the cost is above average. Then again, Tae Kwon Do is more for sport than it is for practical fighting. I have been to other Tae Kwon Dos that focus more on integrating grappling and in fighting techniques into the traditional style of training. This is not one of those places. The instructors are friendly yet stern and the other students are easy to get along with.

This dojo is great! The instructors really know what they're doing. Emphasis for beginners is on dynamic stretching and forms to build the Tae Kwon Do body. After that you progress at your own pace and there is no sparring until the intermediate (green belt) level. In my experience this is the best way to teach the martial art.
