    Literally just got into a verbal argument with a terrible sales rep at this place. This place is HORRIBLE. I don't know why anyone would EVER shop there. I went in to buy a present for my parents, a laptop to be specific. Roamed the store on my own and picked a laptop, waited at least 30 minutes, after asking repeated times, before a sales rep finally found a key just to open the case to hand me the laptop. After asking him a couple questions about the promotions that were going on (he was wearing a tag on his shirt that said "Ask me about getting $25 dollars off") and then a question about the packaging of the box (it looked like it had been used before), he said "DO YOU WANT THE LAPTOP OR NOT." Really? I decided not to get the laptop from a guy with his attitude. I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude and he proceeded to tell me I should learn to respect him because he is a man....

    I wasted 2 hours of my time in the Rockville store. First, it seems as though you have to practically beg people to help you, the staff there does not seem interested in working. Then when I was finally able to get someone to assist me, the guy sold me on an Insignia 46" flat screen t.v. After 1 1/2 hours of going around looking at t.v.'s going over the pros and cons of each, me telling him that I needed 2 of those t.v.'s, when we get to the register for me to pay, he jacks the prices up on each! He said that for the 2 tv's they would be an additional $200 for each!!! It turns out for the last 1 1/2 he had been quoting me the wrong price for the tv's and said there was nothing he could do so I asked for a manager. The manager was no help at all, he was rude and left me standing in the middle of the store for 30 minutes and the salesman left me there too. I was there with my family and we were appalled to say the least. This is supposed to be a store in a high end area like Rockville and they don't care about the consumer. The manager's name is Buddy. I have written the Federal Trade commission about that store and also the Better Business Bureau. I will also contact the Attorney General regarding their business practices. I refuse to spend my money there. I will go to Walmart before I go there, or I will just do without the product.

    Terrible service. Expect to wait several hours. I went there to buy a Blackberry. I realized within an hour that the one they sold me was defective. I went back to return it and had t wait over an hour to return the busted merchandise! The next day I found that the second Blackberry was damaged as well!

    I wasted 5 1/2 hours at this location and ended up right where I started. Their GM picked all of the stereo equipment to install and after it was installed, they figured out the products were not compatible. You will never find a larger group of useless individuals.

    I completely agree with all of the comments. I have had nothing but trouble with this location since February 2009. I now need assistance with an in-house serv. plan on a television we purchased from them and I am getting the same run-a-round. We too have had most problems with Isaac.

    I purchased a Hp Pavillion back in May of this year and I have nothing but problems with it. I have taken it to the geek squad two different times within the last two months and they have not been able to fix it what so ever they intructed me to call Hp to get a replacement laptop. I purchased a two year warrenty with this computer and Hp and the geek squad are refusing to fix the laptop as well as give me a replacement computer. When you call best buy they either leave you on hold for 30 mins are just dont answer the phone. This is a serious matter and it just pushed under the bus. How do these people stay in business? I will never buy another computer from best buy ever again.

    Horrible customer service at store #293. Asked for the Mgr and gate keeper would not transfer. Issac in store operations is not friendly or helpfull.

    Horrible service....went back twice to pick up the computer that was supposed to be fixed. Finally, picked up the still broken computer and got my money back. Will never deal with them again and tell my friends the same.

    Don't believe Best Buy when you purchase at home repair from Geek Squad. They require that you pay for the service when you place the order at the store. The rep. does not call you within 24-48 hours as I was told and when I called them after not hearing anything about scheduling my in-home appt.(5 days later.....) I was shuffled between the 800# and the store (If you could get the store to answer the phone - I finally did after the 5th call.....) I finally asked to speak to a manager at both the call center and at the store and none were available and no one has called me back.....No response to my email asking for assistance as of yet either. :( Some of the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with!!!!!

    I like Best Buy because they have tons of electronics. They have everything from televisions to cd's and radios to dvd's. You can go there for almost all of your electronic needs.
