I wanted to share my experience with this company. Front desk people to Owner of the company ( Michael Reid) were terrible. For basic stuff, annual shoots, of course they are okay however anything complicated please keep your animals away.
I try to see Michael Reid today for emergency. I was told that he was in. However he was busy with a pluming problem. That was more important then live of an animal. So he choose to not to see us. As of today, I filed a complaint and I am suing him and his company. It is the biggest scam ever.

Please please please do not take your pets here! I took my dogs here a year ago because I was concerned about some suspicious bumps. I was told that they were nothing to worry about...they were just filled with fluid and that they would go away. A biopsy was never done nor did they spend more than 5 seconds looking into it. Because they were supposed to be professionals, I trusted this opinion. Those little bumps on my dog have grown so large that one of them is now taking up half of my dogs face. The truth was, one of my dogs had 2 cancerous mast cell tumors and transmissible venereal tumors on his genitals. The mast cell tumor is taking u so much of his face that they don't even know if it is going to be possible to remove it. And since they dismissed the raw skin on his genitals as nothing more than an abrasion, my second dog (and every other dog that has come in contact with mine) has now been put at risk as well because these tumors can be passed on from simple contact. I'm outraged at how poorly my animals were treated and devastated that I'm quickly losing my pet to something that could have been dealt with a year ago. Please if you love your animals, find another vet! My dog only had 5 short years with us because these people didn't take the proper time to research and diagnose his issue.

We have been taking our dog here for 2 years since she was 7 weeks old. The vets and the nurses are so friendly and attentive. They love animals and it shows. They treat every pet like their own. They answer every question I ask and spend plenty of time addressing my concerns.
I know that my dog is in great hands here and will take any future pet I have.
