Computer Enhancement Systems

I had an employment interview with this company and the owner sits in his office and watches everything on security cams. He interupted the interview several times to call into the main shop to ask his employees why they were doing what they what they were doing. He also called into the shop to ask why one employee was two min late coming back from lunch. I decided not to work for this man in that type of enviroment.

I think this place is very pricey. I had gotten a virus on my computer and took it in to get repaired. I chose this place because it is on the way to my work, and noticed they have been around for awhile so just figured they were a good place. I almost fell over when I got the bill! It was outrageous! They also took forever to get the thing fixed. The quoted me 1 or 2 days and it ended up taking a week. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I have NEVER had a good experience with this company. I have taken two of my personal computers for repair -- BOTH never did work right after they were sone with it -- AND my sister-in-law also left theirs with them for TWO WEEKS and it NEVER worked again. They offer to "rebuild and upgrade" was exorbitant. I also bought some older RAM simms from them (used) that they "guarenteed" worked fine. They DID not and since they were "used" there was no warrenty and NO returns.

PROS:
CONS: Incompetent staff, over priced and SLOW - POOR customer service
