I can't get enough of this restaurant. I go for the Dim Sum and have never been disappointed. They have some really good dishes that we eat regularly. The sticky rice has bits of ham and is a favorite with my son. I tend to like the dumplings the most, especially one they call something like salty dumpling. It is made with sweet rice and is filled with meat. It is salty and sweet and I crave them all the time. It is best to either speak Chinese, go with someone who does, or know a bit about Dim Sum so you can point to what you want. The wait staff is friendly and busy, but some speak limited English so be prepared to use a little sign language to get your point across. If you have never eaten Dim Sum you are truly missing fabulous tastes and textures from Canton province!! The food is inexpensive, hot, and tasty.

New Fortune in Gaithersburg, MD has the best Dim Sum around! Dim Sum is served at lunchtime Monday-Friday and the selection is extensive. There are many kinds of dumplings, seafood, vegetables, desserts and more - all priced very reasonably. I live close by and love the dim sum so much I've never bothered to order off of the regular menu. The only cons are that the waitstaff do not speak great English and it can be very crowded on the weekends.

PROS: Delicious food, reasonable prices.
CONS: Language barrier.

Good authentic Chinese food is found here in great portions. Some dishes worth a try here are the walnut shrimp, orange chicken, crispy chicken, pan friend noodles with seafood.

Dim sum here is great and reasonably priced too.

If you eat dinner there, they will give each diner a complimentary bowl of tapioca dessert, which is really yummy.

Beware on weekends, because there is usually a party or wedding in the main room. There's a second smaller room where they seat the diners.

Their customer service isn't the best though. Most of the waiters/waitresses speak limited English.

PROS: Good food, dim sum, great portions, free dessert at dinner
CONS: Service
