Webb's Water Gardens

I bought a defective pump from them and called right away .. they waited almost a week to tell me nothing was wrong with it. some of my fish died and i HAD TO BUY ANOTHER PUMP WHILE WAITING FOR THEM TO DECIDE. They didn't want to refund me but finally did only to charge 15% plus shipping of 13.00 .. I paid 119.75 and got back 88.00. I didnt have to pay when i shipped it back they emailed me a label and they paid it . I never saw a receipt where they paid it . This is not good business to sell an item with not being able to get money back on a defective item. Why would I send a pump back and loose fish if it worked? We asked them to send a new one but they waited a week checking the return. We had to buy another.NOT FAIR TO THE CONSUMER!

I order a bag of fish pellets and the food was just about to expire. couldn't return it and had to dispose of it. Thought I was saving some money but I guess I got what I paid for.

On 7/23/2007 I ordered a Tetra Greenfree UV3 with stainless steel insert for my pond. It was apparently defective and worked for no more than one day, if that long. When I called to report the problem, they referred me to the manufacturer. At Tetra, I was told they were "out" of the product, so now I am waiting for them to "find" me another unit. I think Webb's should have let me return it and sent me a replacement.

Webbs has everything you need for your garden or water feature. They specialize in designing amazing ponds and water features for your home. Their employees are very knowledgeable and have great ideas to jazz up any backyard without costing a fortune. You can take the supplies home and do it yourself or have them install the more complicated water systems. Highly recommend.

This small nursery and supply center is hidden away close to the Fallston Post Office. They carry absolutely everything for water gardens, from plants to pumps. They are extremely knowledgeable, and give great advice for establishing and maintaining ponds, waterfalls, etc. There are several locations to purchase pond supplies, but this is the only one I have found that can help you create and maintain a beautiful water garden!
