I hit HWY 50 at 5:30 pm to go to the shore and my battery light turned on... I called the dealer and they stated Monday at best. I Called a mechanic buddy and he told me to take it to Merchants. I got there at about 6:00 pm The Please was very clean, Staff was professional and they diagnosed it as an alternator and suggested a Battery as mine was getting old. They took me out and showed me the problem where the alternator was burnt up. The Manager Drove to get the part and the mechanic stayed late to get me done. I drive for a living and have over a million miles under my belt and while I read some of the complaints below... I didn't see any evidence of that. Was was happy with the service, the price and them showing me what happened. And it was a Friday night!!

Merchant's Tire Annapolis is pathetic and should be avoided. The place is staffed by clowns, from the front counter on back. Avoid this place. The list of complaints against this outfit is lengthy, from non-existent customer service to complete incompetence and negligence in the work bays. There are plenty of other places in Annapolis to do business. Avoid a headache, phoney fees and possible damage to your vehicle and go elsewhere.
Cons: Management, Workmanship, Performance, Reliability
