It's the most unbelievable thing that the front desk and Dr. Deans (sp?) was able to put 2+2 together and come up with my lost toy poodle! He'd been gone for 2 weeks with absolutely no responses to any attempts I made to find him... Aegis ads, hiring a dog hunter, getting the services of findtoto.com, putting out 200+ flyers... you name it!
I put a colored flyer in their office and personally described my lost pet and my attempts were rewarded by this wonderful staff of pet lovers along with the assistance of Best Friends Fur Ever on Rt. 152 and Rt. 7 who understood how devastated I was.
Needless to say, I have transferred the medical records of my pets (a very old little yorkie, my wonderfully welcomed back miracle 'baby' toy poodle and an 11 week old yorkie poo) to this wonderful establishment... people who really care!
I cannot thank these wonderful people enough but I certainly feel confident in their abilities - enough to have them take care of my 'kids' :-)

Dr Gold is very knowledgeble, kind and caring - especially when it comes to rabbits. I have always felt very comfortable when bringing my rabbits to Dr. Gold. The office staff is very, very friendly and very customer service oriented. Very caring people, very clean facility. If you have a question, they are quick to get an answer or have Dr. Gold return your call. I know people who drive quite a distance to Chadwell Animal Hospital and it's worth it.

The staff does an excellent job of patiently listening and cheerfully answering questions effectively. I had a wonderful experience there. They offer some services ala carte, meaning that if the vet tech can do it, there is no additional charge for an office visit. I recently took my dog for her glands to be expressed and nails clipped and was in and out w/in 10 minutes and spent a total of $23. I cannot express enough how great everyone is. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I would like to just Thank Dr. Haskin for everything she did. We recently moved to Harford County and our normal vet was to far to travel due to our Sadie's problem. I was scared to take her to a vet that we have never been to before, but the made use feel so at home. She explained everything to us and even gave advice. This hospital is full of people who care about animals and there family's. I will continue to use them for our other dog. If you need a great vet Chadwell is the place to be!!!! Thanks again everyone at Chadwell with all your help and sympathy, I really appreciate. And also thanks for the paw print and card that was very thoughtfull of you guys!

friendly vetrinary environment. located in a strip mall off 924 this vet's office always has an appointment for a sick family pet. the staff is friendly and makes the animals feel at ease. there is ample parking too. good value!

Do you have a dog or cat? This is a great place for you. The doctors are wonderful and the front end staff is friendly (always a plus).
Are you looking for a pet doctor of an exotic this is even a better place to be. I have taken both a bird and a guinea pig in. I have seen many others -- rabbits, ferretts, lizards.
Their prices are reasonable and I have not a problem in the two years I have been using their services.

They took great care of my baby!!

I recently took my hamster in for emergency care. Turned out she had burned her back feet. They were compassionate, caring, and quick with quality care. I was more than pleased with the care from beginning to end, and would return if need be. The building was beautiful!! The floors were spotless, the walls freshly painted, the artwork that adorned all the rooms was entertaining and pleasing.
