I was very disappointed with this company. I called them because the reviews were good, I had no heat and was short on cash.. Someone came out to see my system,, said very little other than to throw around sexist jokes and never followed up... I was able to borrow the money and use a more ethical, professional business. So glad I did.
I love giving my business to people with a heart.

They were very professional and polite. They understood my family needs and provided the best customer service I've ever experience. In addition, they provided the best price and worked out a payment plan that our family could afford.

I am Grateful to God for you referring Elkridge and for assisting my family when we didn't have any heat.

The air conditioning and heating units in my home were installed and supplied by Elkridge Air Conditiong Inc, when my house was first built. Their products have given me a cost efficient and energy saving way of heating and cooling my home.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE CONTRACTOR.
THEY EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND SUGGESTED HOW TO CORRECT THEM.
THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

The oveall service I received was good. It was quite a challenge to get them to schedule a time to do the work or return my calls. I had to make 4 or 5 calls before the work was done. I am satisfied with the work though

Karl of Elkridge Air Conditioning & Heating responded right away, answered
all my questions with patience and in detail, and has the best customer
service attitude that I have ever encountered. By telephone he told me
what I needed to do and so I didn't need him to come out to my house to
do anything. Given this positive experience, I would definitely hire
him if anything should come up in the future. In fact, I have already
recommended Karl to a friend of mine.

Responded immediately to request and provided an evaluation. It took longer than I had hoped to get the system installed but when theysaid they'd come in , they did. Very pleased overall. Thank you for your help
