I'm not sure exactly what they do to the ribs, but they are incredibly good. I love giving people Taylor's food for the first time because they're always blown away.

Out of all the BBQ place in town they have the best tasting sauce. Not to mention the way they cook the meat is out of the world. And for holidays they cook and awesome turkey. It saves alot of time in the kitchen!
